The SPARKS flying field includes a 450 ft asphalt-covered runway, with taxiways, nearby pavillion and office building.

The pavillion includes an observation tower overlooking the runway:
The field has specified flying boundaries, shown below with red lines. Please note there is also a 400 ft flying ceiling.
Flying above 400 ft or out of bounds is not allowed.
For a more zoomed-out view of the field boundaries, refer to the picture below. While the south boundary is not specifically defined, pilots should always abide by the rule of flying within Line Of Sight (LOS).
